Handyman Walker Customer Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for services provided by Handyman Walker. We aim to provide clear and transparent guidelines to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.
All service requests should be submitted through our official channels, which include phone, email, or our online request form on jobber. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the nature of the work required.
Upon receiving a service request, Handyman Walker will provide either a detailed quotation or an estimated cost for the work.
Quotations: For clearly defined tasks, a written quotation will be provided, outlining the scope of work and the fixed price. This price will not change unless there are agreed-upon additions or changes to the scope of work.
Estimates: For tasks where the full scope may not be immediately apparent, an estimate will be provided. This is an approximate cost, and the final price may vary depending on the actual time and materials required. Any significant deviations from the estimate will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
Once a quotation or estimate is approved, we will work with you to schedule a convenient time for the service. We kindly request that customers be present or arrange for access to the property and all pets are put away at the scheduled time.
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, though electronic fund transfers using Credit, Debit, or cash.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Handyman Walker stands by the quality of our work. We offer a one year warranty on all labor performed. If you experience any issues related to the work we performed within this period, please contact us immediately, and we will rectify the problem at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the efficient and safe execution of services, we kindly request customers to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding the service request.
Ensure a safe and clear working environment for our handymen.
Inform us of any potential hazards or special requirements at the property.
Put pets away before we arrive.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, we are open to mediation or arbitration as a means of reaching a fair outcome.
